Orders can be requested to be cancelled before the order is shipped out.
No cancellation of orders is allowed post shipment.
Cancellation requests shall be placed via the customer care numbers displayed on the store pages
If a cancellation has been approved, any payment made to the store will be refunded appropriately
Return Policy
Returns allowed on non compliance to the order, manufacturing defects & transit damages.
For returns due to manufacturing defects & transit damages, unboxing video is mandatory
No returns will be approved if no unboxing video is available
Return will be approved after reviewing the unboxing video
Items may be returned to the store address / warehouse communicated by the store
Replacement will be provided on receipt of the damaged / returned item
If no exact replacement is available, an alternate will be suggested. The replacement item, if cheaper, the difference amount will be refunded to the customers account, if expensive, an invoice for the same is generated for the balance. If the customer is not interested to receive the alternate, a refund will be provided
Refund Policy
Refunds are made to the original mode of payment.
Refunds will not be provided to an alternate channel, whatever the reason may be.
Refunds will take approximately 10 working days to reflect in the customers bank account / statement
